Joint Commission Compliance Management
Medical Staffing Agencies are required by The Joint Commission to have a Clinical Director. If you do not have an on-site clinical director, our Compliance Management program provides supervision of clinical staff and all aspects of operations that deal with clinical issues.

A Clinical Director is assigned to your Agency to handle clinical issues

Do-Not-Return Prevention program implementation
​ 2.Client Facility Complaint/ Do-Not-Return (DNR) Resolution

Review DNR reports from Client Facilty and determine course of events of incident under complaint;

Investigate complaint/DNR with Client facility and Agency staff;

Mediate any discrepancies between Agency staff account and Client Facility report

Attempt to overturn DNR;

Provide Agency staff counseling directly related to incident;

Document appropriately and submit to Agency

Address performance issues identified by Agency with clinical staff;

Provide performance improvement counseling to staff;

Document appropriately and submit report Agency

Perform annual written evaluation of clinical staff
